Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Up for adoption in Texas, meet Marcie. She tapped out this wonderful write up for you to read about her:
Hi! I'm Marcie! I am just over a year old and weigh around 50 pounds. My mom was a Great Pyrenees, and my dad was a Lab mix. People tell me I'm beautiful, so I'll just take their word for it. :)
My foster mom says I am such a good girl! When meeting a new person, I can be a bit reserved, but once I get to know you and your routine, I will hang around for all the belly rubs and cuddles you can give. I’m a pretty low-key girl but I do love to go on walks and am sure I would be a good running buddy.
I love to be around dogs of all sizes, and my forever home will need another dog (or more) looking for a new friend as I love a good romp and I also take my cues from other confident dogs to lead the way and show me the ropes. I love to play with toys and am very happy to steal the one I want! I am a smart girl and learn quickly.
While I can sleep in my crate, I sure do love to sleep with my foster family the most.
I need a single-family home, ideally with a fenced in yard for safe playtime and because of my size, I would do best in a family with older kids (12+) and not a lot of commotion.
I am fully vaccinated, microchipped, crate trained and housetrained. I am ready to find my forever family who will love me and teach me. If you think I would be a good fit for your family, head on over to www.luckylabrescue.com and fill out an application.
