My name is Harley and I’m a 1-2yo Belgian Malinois. I’m a fun girl who would make a GREAT first-time Malinois. I love EVERY human. I am good with dogs, but I like nice, slow introductions - I’m a little nervous, not mean. My ideal doggy-playmate would be playful but also respectful- not jumping all over me immediately. I love to run and explore, I’m crate trained, spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. I have medium energy.

I most likely have a medical condition called wobblers disease. This is compression of disks in my spine. My condition makes me walk goofy, and requires I have a food and water bowl raised up so I don’t have to bend down so far to eat and drink. I also have a hard time waiting longer than 4 hours to go potty... 5 hours is my absolute max... Wobblers disease can be managed medically, and my rescue will help pay for my medical care i need for wobblers for my entire life! Wobblers is not a death sentence, but I do need controlled exercise and eventually, I’ll need medication to control inflammation.

I was found as a stray and I just wish SO MUCH for a home that will let me be part of the family and include me in their daily lives. I am incredibly sweet, and my goofy walk is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
