Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Duke was severely traumatized dog and was adopted a few years ago. He wouldn’t come out of his crate for over 1 month. He has had a loving home for years now and made great progress. He loves running and playing at the dog parks. His owners went into the mission field so we adopted him to find his forever home. He is good with our dogs but has fought with one of our dogs a few times. He loves to cuddle at night. He loves exploring in the backyard for little critters and loves chasing squirrels. Breaks our heart but we have other rescues and can’t keep him, too many dogs.

Duke is sweet and just needs a loyal loving owner and forever home. He had such a rough start we want to make sure he goes to a loving home where he will continue to blossom. He’s about 6 years old and very very calm. He only barks if truly someone is at the door. He doesn’t jump around at all and overall has a very laid back disposition. He does very well on a leash also.
