Frank is a wonderfully sweet special needs kitty. He’s about 10 months old and fully vetted. He loves kids and other animals. Unfortunately, due to an energy to his spine and pelvis that healed wrong as a young kitten he sometimes cannot control where he goes to the bathroom. His tail is also paralyzed. We understand that most people would not want a messy kitty but if you might have the patience and love to give this little dude please message us! He is an amazing cat with a lot of love to give, he just needs a special family willing to care for him.
