Penelope is another dog that has been in the rescue for quite some time. She is very sweet and loving and is a real gentle soul. She is about ten years old and in good health. No one wants to adopt her because of her age. She is deserving of a loving home to spend the rest of her life in, not just a kennel. She has a lot of love and loyalty to give to that special human.
