My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tutu came from a elderly person and was kept outside 24/7 for 3 years. His only time he got attention was when he was fed and watered. He was immediately taken to vet when we got him. He had so much clotted hair. He also had heartworms which we got rid of. He needs a home with No other dogs or cats. He goes to door and goes in circles when he needs to potty. He doesn't interact much with kids.
