Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
🐾❤️🐾 Malone 🐾❤️🐾
This beautiful girl was recently saved off of the euthanasia list at a local municipal pound here in CT. She is an adorable beautiful puppy full of life!!! And who could resist those beautiful ears????? 😍
Malone is an absolute sweetheart!
🐾 She is estimated to be under 2 years old.
🐾 Malone weighs about 45 to 50 pounds.
🐾 She is extremely sweet. She has very puppy-like energy. She’s lightly mouthy, but never presses down with her teeth. She’s very eager to learn, and seems to be a quick learner. She’s a very good listener, especially with those big ears! 😂
🐾 Kid friendly but children within the home must be dog savvy and understand her playful energy.
🐾 Dog-friendly, but she exhibits exuberant playful energy with other dogs, therefore any dog in the home must be tolerant of this type of playful behavior.
🐾 Malone absolutely LOVES to run and play! Fenced in yard would be ideal for her or someone who would love a running partner!
🐾 Shy at first with strangers but warms up quickly.
🐾 Spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations.
Malone is being fostered in CT.
Important Notice 📝
We are primarily a Pit Bull 🐶🥰rescue and we require the following because its whats in the best interest of our dogs:
✴️Experience with bully breed or large breed dogs; we love that you want to adopt, but we believe we are not the right rescue for first time dog owners.
✴️Home ownership ~or~
✴️Renting in CT from the same location for a minimum of three years and letter from your landlord stating you are able to own a dog without restrictions on breed, size, or weight. Please note that out-of-state renters are not eligible for consideration.
✴️No babies or toddlers! Sorry! We love our kiddos just as we love our pups and we want to keep both safe at all times. We understand that Pitbulls are often the best breed with children—the “Nanny Dog” as they are known, but with so many variables involved when it comes to young kids and dogs, we always err on the side of extreme caution. This now applies to all of our dogs, (regardless of breed), even when listed as “good with kids.”😊
❇️As a result of our limited volunteer capabilities, once your application is received and reviewed, regretfully, we’re only able to respond to those applicants that have been determined to be the absolute best fit or best match for the dog. We apologize that we do not have the ability to reach out to every applicant.
❤️❤️❤️
All of our dogs are rescued from within the state of CT and fostered by amazing families located in the state of CT. #adoptlocaldogs
