My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The scars on this big tabby's handsome face may hint at a long gone past, but his desire to bond with his person is the Gus we know and love now. When he’s not on his back with all paws kneading the air, he's busy helping his foster mom with chores. These days, lounging near the people he loves is what's important to Gus as well as neck rubs and interactive play. Not a total pushover, he's still a tiny bit spicy. However, tell him to "wait" and he sits and looks up at you or call his name and he'll run over to your lap for a nose-to-nose kiss. A cat person's cat, Gus needs a quiet home with no young children or other pets. He is a 2-3 years old rescued at an abandoned housing complex. Visit http://www.fofct.org to submit an adoption application. [Please note, we only adopt out to homes in lower Fairfield County and nearby NY.
