My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Amber is a 4 to 6 year old, 42 pound basset gal who joined Helping Hands Basset Rescue after being rescued from a local animal shelter where she and Scooter had been picked up together as strays. Amber has been a mom more than once in her life, but is now spayed, up to date on her shots, heartworm negative, and microchipped.
Amber also underwent surgery for a mammary tumor that was approximately the size of a golf ball. Her prognosis is outstanding, and she will make a full recovery. This happy, loving basset gal is loves people, but likes treats even better. Anyone welcoming Amber into their home will undoubtedly be showered with love and basset kisses!
