My story

Bentley's an active basset boy that enjoys playing with every dog he meets. He's never met a stranger and has lots of love to share. He is between 3 and 5 years old, up to date on his shots, neutered, and microchipped.
Bentley joined the Helping Hands Basset Rescue family after being rescued from a local animal shelter. Somehow Bentley got lost from his family, but as he waited and waited at the shelter, they never came looking for him so he's now part of our family! Unfortunately, like many unclaimed strays, Bentley is heartworm positive and has begun his treatment for these harmful parasites. However, this loveable hound will make someone a wonderful, fun-loving, four-legged companion.
