My name is Babs. I'm a white budgie with a blue belly that looks like

  blue jeans. A little nervous and not hand tame, but I can learn with time.    I go crazy for millet and love splashing around in a bowl of water.

Our birds are not available for breeding and we do not ship birds, so you must travel to our south Kansas City area facility. Potential adopters must email us at BurgeBirdRescue@yahoo.com for an appointment, fill out an adoption application, and pass a screening interview to ensure that our birds are going to a safe home. There is usually a 48 hour waiting period after your interview before you are allowed to adopt because we want people to take time and think thru their decision.   All birds come with a 30 day health guarantee and return policy, and have been examined and tested by our avian veterinarian.
