My story

Lupin is around 4 years old and a beautiful gsd/lab mix who is an all-around great guy. He loves people, loves to run, play fetch and snuggle. He has lived with other dogs and for the most part does okay but he can be a bit selective. Lupin will be fine as the only pet as long as he has his people to love. We are looking for a country type home where Lupin has room to run and be himself, he is not a city dog. When Lupin is taken out in public and sees another dog, anxiety kicks in making him so uncomfortable he becomes leash reactive. It is hard to watch him suffer. After seeing multiple trainers, all of them have suggested that for us to keep him in a better, safer state of mind he would be happiest left at home. We have learned that this is who he is and need to accept him for that. We will require a fenced yard so he has room to stretch his legs and stay safe. Lupin is housetrained, crate trained, has perfect manners and he listens well. Lupin enjoys ruining around, playing fetch and brain work through games. Lupin has lived in a few homes and all of them had other dogs, it's a no-go with cats and small children.
