BELLA REQUIRES AN ADULT AND PET ONLY HOME (No visiting children).

The applicant MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE with behavioral issues in dogs and be familiar with positive reinforcement training methods. Please do not apply if you do not meet Bella’s needs. Thank you.

Bella, rescued in 2019, has been living with her amazing foster parents since. They have worked diligently with her positive reinforcement training. We just got the sad news that they are moving very far away. We are now searching for the perfect new home for Bella.

About Bella:

Bella is a loving and playful 2 year old small female cocker spaniel. She loves to play with her ball and any toy with a squeaker, but is also happy napping at your feet or in her bed. While she is very loving, she can sometimes be territorial with strangers and food or act out when startled or stressed (loud noises, no sleep). However, even when acting out she will listen to commands to sit down and go to bed to calm herself down.

Bella is house trained and knows commands such as: sit, stay, cone to side, drop it (if holding something she shouldn’t have).

Ideal Home:

Bella needs a quiet experienced ADULT ONLY home with no other pets. Her new family will need to get to know her and gain her trust with recommended positive association trust building exercises. With patience and training you will find that Bella is a loving and loyal companion.
