My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jersey was found lonely and starving on the mean streets - another victim of the economic crisis. Poor little Jersey was starved for affection and food.

His joy in having someone care about and for him has been evident every minute of every day. He would do best in a home where he gets lots of attention and play time. He’d do great with another dog or two to play with. He’s very active and, like all young boys, can be tenacious and doesn’t always know when to quit. He’ll chase toys but is not really sure what to do with them once he gets them – he’s figuring it out though! He needs a person or family that understands his need for love, attention and reassurance. He loves snuggling and his belly rubbed. He follows his foster mom everywhere and only wants to be near you.

He has discovered fun again and has turned into quite the little goofball. His new family will adore watching him discover new things and places. He is a very special little boy and would be a joy to anyone who shares their life with him.
