Our feline Frank (Sinatra) doesn't have blue eyes, but he will sing you the song of his people with his own purrsonal vocal styles... and he's sporting a blue bow tie.
This sweet and handsome – and outgoing – well-dressed fellow is waiting to make your acquaintance and follow you home.
Many tuxedo cat owners say their cats are almost dog-like. These good-natured kitties are friendly and affectionate – they've been known to get along well with other pets.
PLUS, FRANK (SINATRA) is Microchipped: if he gets lost (and found), he can easily be scanned and reunited with you!

1. MEET-N-GREET: Visit FRANK (SINATRA) at Catnip Cat Cafe in Norfolk. Make a reservation (only $10 per person) during regular business hours to see the adoptable kitties plus FRANK. (Pre-approved adopters can qualify for a discount!)
2. APPLICATION: Email feralaffairsnetwork@gmail.com to request the questionnaire
a. Complete the form (include FRANK (SINATRA)'s name at the top) and email it back
b. Schedule a call with our Adoption Coordinator to review your application/questionnaire for approval and answer any questions
3. CONTRACT: If you & FRANK (SINATRA) are a good match, then the adoption can proceed. Contract is completed, signed, fee is paid, and FRANK (SINATRA) can go home with you!
