This is what Sparky's foster mom has to say: Sparky reminds me of a grumpy old man, he likes going out in the yard, He is fine with my dogs, he goes up the ramp every night and sleeps in bed with me. He goes out to go to the bathroom but will also use puppy pads. He is not very playful and likes to lay around. He has been no trouble and has settled in nicely.
