This little puppy was rescued by Noah's Ark from the Carroll Co. Pound. She is such a sweet dog. Tessa is a little shy at first, but loves attention and when I sit down, she runs over to be petted and gives lots of kisses. She loves kids and other dogs. Tessa is being at one of our foster homes in Olmsted Falls, Ohio (west side of Cleveland) She has been vaccinated and wormed, her adoption fee is $75.00.
