EXPERIENCED DACHSHUND OWNER ONLY!

Ezra is a mocha-colored mini, wire-haired dachshund who is an active 12-pound boy.

Ezra turns 11 years young in February 2021..He knows the commands “play by yourself”, “Go Hurry Up”, “Ezra Wait.” And “sit”. He is house/potty trained and walks well on a leash. His aim is to please his owner.



The only situation with Ezra is...he has shown this new behavior since Covid. He has never tried to bite his owner but has tried nipping at her friends.



 We feel this can be managed in different surroundings/ quieter home. You will also have to have experience with this dachshund behavior. A must!! 

Ezra’s ideal situation would be a woman or couple where he is not left for long periods of time. One other dog will be ok, no cats or children. He will need someone who can take him for daily walks, play with him, have space to play fetch with him in the house, and have few if any, visitors. Crating him when a visitor arrives or when you need to do an errand, is imperative; crating relieves his anxiety over new situations, and ensures his comfort.
