Harvey is a super sweet, special needs senior Shih Tzu that came to us from another organization in CA. Harvey is deaf, mostly blind and does have mobility issues. He has had full dental work and after getting his medical needs taken care of he is finally ready to find his FurEver home! Harvey has been in an amazing foster home with a large pack that helps guide him. Harvey is looking for an adult only home since he is special needs and has issues navigating. He needs a home with other dogs and pawrents that will be able to give him lots of love and gentle care. If you are interested in Harvey, please fill out an application!
