Respectful children 10 and older. Hi! My name is Bonnie Mae. I'm smaller than all my friends, but I don't let that stop me! I love to play with all my toys and to play with my friends at daycare. I'm a very curious girl and love to go to new places and investigate everything. Meeting new people, new friends, and new places is very exciting, especially if I get to ride in the car to get there! At my foster home, I'm usually pretty calm but still very playful. I'm very good at playing with my toys by myself if my foster sister doesn't want to play with me. I love snoozing on the couch and stretching out. My favorite part of the evening is cuddling with my foster mom on the couch and getting lots of belly scratches. I'm looking for a new home as my last family decided to put me down for having heartworms. I have finished my heartworm treatment and am looking for my new family. Can I stay with you? Bonnie would do best in a home without children under 10 years old as she is very energetic and could easily knock a child down accidentally. If your family currently has a dog, Bonnie requires a SLOW introduction for both dogs to get used to each other. She does best with moderately active dogs. She currently goes to daycare so that she has friends to play with. We do not believe Bonnie would do well in an apartment and would do best in a home with its own yard.
