My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Akila is our 5 year old girl and has typical husky behaviors. She is a very active dog and would do best with an active owner. She needs someone who can match her energy and keep her mind stimulated. She can’t be trusted off leash unless in a fenced area. She is currently in a foster home with other dogs but is selective about which dogs she likes, both male and female. She does not need to be in a home with small animals. She has been around older kids and did fine. She can be a bit aloof and take time to warm up to you. Once she is comfortable with you, she is very playful and affectionate. She loves tennis balls and running around and playing outside.
