Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chase is approximately one (1) year of age and was rescued from the San Bernardino City Shelter. We believe he has some boxer in him as well as pit. He is currently being fostered by one of our board members, Nancy, and they are working on the basic commands under the guidance of Debbie Bradford with Pawsitively Mannered. He has mastered sit, and is working on touch which is a technique that helps redirect dogs back to you. Debbie is a Certified Dog Trainer who has a sweet boy, Cooper, that has been playing with Chase to help socialize him. He is a bundle of energy, as you would expect from a youngster! We feel Chase would do well in a home that enjoys an active lifestyle: walking, biking, hiking, etc. We have not evaluated him yet with cats or kids, but have noted that he seems very friendly with all he meets. He would do well in a home with a second pup, as long as that one had the high energy level of Chase. A playmate would make all the difference for an active dog, but owners that will work off that energy would work too! He is crate trained and potty trained.
