Saffron is a sweet and well-socialized tri-color, three-year-old female guinea pig looking for a loving guardian.

She enjoys her greens, makes adorable squeals, chirps, squeaks and purring noises - especially if you show up with her favorite foods. She will sit on your lap, and she lets you hold her.

Saffron gets along with select guinea pigs based on companionability. And, she certainly enjoys having her habitat next to other guinea pigs so she can chat with them.

Guinea pigs eat a diet of unlimited Timothy and orchard hays, limited pellets, and a variety of fresh vegetables every day including romaine, red leaf and green leaf lettuces, cilantro, carrots and bell peppers.
