Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Pesky is a beautiful foxhound that has been retired from the hunting world. Although she spent most of her life working, she has adjusted to house life very well.
She is calm and quiet and understands potty training very well. Everything is new to her but she loves it and is not at all intimidated. She loves cookies and cuddles and sleeping in beds. She comes when she called and enjoys car rides. She is submissive and gets along well with other dogs, cats, children, etc. Since she has always been with other dogs, she really needs at least one other canine buddy living with her.
She is technically a senior but she doesn't have any health issues other than some mild arthritis which is currently being maintained with monthly medication and a daily supplement. (Both are very inexpensive).
Pesky is a loveable, easy, senior, needing a soft landing, hopefully someone who will let her lay on the couch. She has been with her foster for several months due to no fault of her own but we will be picky to where she goes, as we have had a long time to bond with her and gotten to know her needs.
