He has had an issue with a harness, but that has been worked out and now he will walk fine any where

Russell Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) dog rescue organization. It was started in 2008 by Mary Ruth Rogers of Columbia, TN. Our mission is to save and re-home unloved, abandoned and abused dogs, especially the Jack Russell terrier. Most of our dogs come from high kill shelters in Tennessee, and other nearby states.
