Meet HOPE!
She is an owner surrender. We are extremely glad to have HOPE join us and know she will be adopted by an awesome home!
She is friendly with everyone; best with kids 8+ years old (does jump upon you); She did live with another dog and loves to play (we will do a meet and greet); NO CATS and NO CHICKENS.
She is 7/9 energy (moderate/high); is extremely friendly; playful; attentive/make eye contact; loving; bonds easily; huggable; easily excited.
HOPE is great with all handling over her body; fine with both objects and hand movements in front of her face; good with food/toys removed; interested in toys and sometimes will bring back (see video); does pull on a leash (will need a face halti or additional training).
She is very eager for attention and love; settles down quickly when you hug and pet her tummy. She is extremely puppyish. Will need training and obedience lessons to be a valued and well-adjusted family member. As she is very food motivated and smart, training should be fun and easy.
HOPE is very young and only 1 1/2 years old (approx. dob 1/20/20) and exactly 52 lbs. (she is at a good weight). She is a gorgeous silver/grey with white paws and tail.
We believe she is American Pit Bull Terrier and Labrador Retriever.
