Freddie is a 3 year old tabby cat that was rescued from the streets of Philly. He has had a rough life. Freddie is safe in foster care. He is loving life! His foster mom reports that he is a joy! Freddie is so affectionate. Freddie uses his litter box and has been vetted. He eats a limited ingredient diet. He is healthy and happy.
He is fostered with Eddie and can be adopted together or separately.
