Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
COVID-19 Protocol: Adoptions will be done by appointment only. If you see a pet you are interested in please call the Franklin Township Animal Shelter at: (732)-873-2500 ext. 6255 and leave a message with your name, phone number, and the name of the pet you are interested in.

Peter is a playful, but shy kitten around 6-8 months of age. He came to the Franklin Township Animal Shelter as a stray. Peter was originally feral, and can be distrustful of strangers. However, once he gets to know you he loves his attention! He is plays very rough, and as such cannot go to a home with children. He can go to a home with other cats, but no dogs please.
Our adoption fee for dogs, cats, kittens, and rabbits is $60 per pet with a discount available for adopting two animals together. Cats, dogs, rabbits and kittens from the Franklin Township Animal Shelter are spayed/neutered. Cats, dogs, and kittens are microchipped, and up-to-date on all age-appropriate shots prior to adoption. Cats have also been tested for feline leukemia and FIV and dogs have been tested for heartworm.
