Background:

I originally checked-in to the Pet Adoption Center on 10 January 2021 coming from a NC Animal Shelter (CCS). The ACO there picked me up as stray on 31 December 2020. I spent a month there, but I wanted my own home, so I was sent up here for adoption.

And I was! I was adopted by a family with one young boy (age 3) on 14 January 2021. He renamed me Garfield. I had the BEST TIME Ever ....but another baby came along....after a grueling 5 months of the baby constantly being sick and no matter what tests done or medication given, the baby remained sick. Finally, the doctor said those words to my Mum, " Your baby is allergic to Garfield."

My tearful Mum had no choice but to return me...that was on Sunday, 21 November 2021.
