My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Petunia turned 7 years old in November 2020. She weighs just over 8 pounds. She is mild-mannered, funny, fun, playful, likes walks, and short runs. She enjoys feeling clean - so she loves baths and will sit perfectly still when being blow-dried. She will not bark at the sound of a doorbell but she will bark at a knock on the door. Her favorite time outdoors is a cold winter day in the grass, while chasing the wind and probably wondering why she has not been able to find it, yet, and then chasing it some more. She feels most comfortable being held during introductions to humans. Barks first at other dogs, then she will play. She loves her crate and the freedom to go in and out as she chooses. She understands "Good Night" means play time is over for the day. She loves belly rubs and gentle touching of her paws. She does not require a lot of attention but loves to be present.
