My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Demitri is a great and loving dog. When we adopted him, we didn't realize the amount of energy he would have. I have tried for 10 months to provide Demitri with the love he needs, but our family has come to the decision that he deserves owners who can be better companions to him. He is very smart and has passed puppy basics training as well as citizen k9 training. He knows his basic commands, but due to a lack of consistency of training on our parts, he is selective with when he listens.
Being a coonhound, he is loud, but he doesn't howl much. Mostly, he just wants to play and would do well in an environment when he has a job (i.e. scent work, hunting). His new future home needs to have a big yard, preferably fenced in. He is potty-trained, crate-trained, up to date on all vaccines, and has no known health issues.
