Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Joiner is a very playful, sweet and affectionate boxer He adores his foster family and our resident female boxer. Joiner warms up to new visitors to the house after a short while and then loves their company too. Joiner is energetic and loves to run and play. He runs like the wind and needs a fenced yard for his boxer zoomies! Joiner is a typical boxer when playing and so would be better suited to live with a similar sized dog who understands his play style.
While he is brought outside regularly, he seems to be potty trained and has always been well behaved in the house. Joiner does well being loose in the house and prefers not to be crated when alone. He has not been destructive at all.
While he walks well on leash, he can be shy on leash to both new dogs & other humans, and may become very anxious around loud noises including cars & other urban noises.
As Joiner is a sensitive dog who can become anxious in noisier settings, he will only be adopted to a very quiet suburb or a more rural area. Sorry no cats or small dogs.
