Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mugsy is estimated to be a young adult, between 2-3 years old. He is a chihuahua mix and he wants nothing more in life than to spend all day cuddling with his person. He is very sweet, not barky or nippy, and he is house trained. He is also already neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.
