Hi Everyone...Charlie here, I know they formally call me Charles...but hey I am the most laid back fellow you could meet so Charlie will do. I am a recent addition to rescue & loving it. I was an owner surrender to a shelter in KS and Mom and Dad just can not figure out why anyone would want to let me go. I am the most personable guy you could ever meet. All I need is a lap to cuddle on & a warm bed to snuggle in. I get along famously with all my hound brothers and sisters here....the more the merrier if you ask me. They say I am around 2 years young and weigh in around 45 lbs, so not a large boy. I am completely house trained, both using a dog door and also letting you know when I need to go :0) I am UTD on all vaccinations, HW tested negative and on preventative and altered. Please remember Every animal for adoption through an Hounds Haven is fully vetted for their age and only needs routine preventive care. Dogs older then 6 months of age are heartworm tested! All dogs are kept on heartworm preventative. Every hound is vaccinated (age appropriate), and de-wormed, in addition to being spayed/neutered.



We are asking for interested parties to fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire prior to us lining up an appointment for them to see the hound(s) at the hound(s)' home.
