Here's what the humans have to say about me:
BRANDI is ready for her forever home! She is about 72LBs, sweet and friendly once she warms up and feels comfortable. She is selective with dogs and prefers male dogs. We think she would do best in a home with just one adult or with a couple. Brandi is a great dog, but needs some training and exercise, and a safe place to call her own. Decompression time and a routine is really going to help this girl shine. She will make a great companion for someone with Rottie experience. Brandi is a 3 year old with a docked tail. ADOPTION DETAILS: Each dog is spayed, neutered, (unless medically on hold) up to date on shots, dewormed, and microchipped.
**
At this time, due to the size of our rescue, adoptions are limited to NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA, VIRGINIA and +/-6 hours from Raleigh, NC. ADOPTION FEE: Our total adoption fee is $300, including a non-refundable $25 application fee. Fee can be paid using the "DONATE" button on our website (www.RottweilerHeartsRescue.org) - please indicate in the notes that it is for an application fee, and the intended dog. If you have any questions, please email our adoption coordinator at Rottiehearts@gmail.com!

Additional adoption info
The RHR adoption application is part of a multi-step process. Once we get your completed adoption application, the RHR Adoption Committee will contact your veterinarian and personal references. Meanwhile, a home visit with you and your family will be scheduled and completed before RHR can consider approval of the adoption application. Our goal is to have this process completed within 10 days. After that, a meet and greet between the dog, you, and your family must take place. The RHR Adoption Contract must be completed and approved. Payment of the adoption fee can be made via money order, cashier’s check, PayPal, Venmo, cash, or personal check, must be received by RHR before the adoption can be completed. Rottweiler Hearts Rescue reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.

More about this rescue
RHR is an all-volunteer rescue organization with seasoned rescuers who have been rescuing and placing Rottweiler dogs for many years. None of RHR’s officers, directors, or volunteers receives any salary or compensation in any manner whatsoever. Additionally, all administrative costs are kept to a minimum as every penny spent on administration is considered money taken away from the dogs.
Who area the ‘hearts’ in Rottweiler Hearts Rescue, you ask? We are five experienced Rottweiler owners and rescuer. Not one of us will hesitate to step in when needed and do what we need to do to help a dog. All the directors are extremely familiar with Rottweilers and all the traits with which they come. We firmly believe in positive reinforcement. We know there are times when you may need assistance with one of RHR's rotties. We are there for you. If we need to take the dog into one of our homes for more one-on-one training, we can do that as well.
