We adopted Socks from our local animal shelter after falling in love with her personality. She’s very affectionate and friendly. We know she’s an adult, but do not have an approximate age. She might be 2 years old. She needs patience and someone with more experience. She knows how to use a litter box, but she uses it inconsistently. She’s had diarrhea since we got her, and had the stool tested and it came back with no concerns. She doesn’t always go in the litter box, and we thought it might be because of our two other cats. She stayed at a friends house for a few days (with no other pets) and continued to go outside of the litter box. With two cats and a young child, and we can’t keep up with it (we don’t always catch the accident right away, and one of the other cats has urinated in the same areas out of dominance). She LOVES people and cuddling and will use her paws to grab your hand for more pets. We love her and wish we could work it out, but she needs an experienced home.
