Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Shank was found in the woods with a few littermates when he was quite young. The pups were dispursed but, unfortunately, his owner didn't think about what it meant to get a puppy and found it too hard. He was given to the local vet clinic, who contacted us to help.
Shank is about 10 weeks old. In his foster home he is learning bite inhibition, as all puppies should learn from their moms. He's a very happy, playful pup and is taking the world in stride. He's smart and learning very well. Housetraining is coming along but isn't perfected yet. He is crate trained and behaves well inside. He sleeps through the night.
Basic puppy manners is what Shank needs at this point. He's learned to sit and to ask nicely and he's getting used to wearing a collar and being attached to a leash. He's a smart boy so should be a pro in no time.
Shank has been wormed and treated for fleas as well as had his initial vaccination.
