Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! I'm Reggie & I am a 7 year old B/T smooth boy. I am a very good boy and want to be loved. I will stick to you like glue; at least I will not let my foster mom out of my sight for a minute! She is the one who picked me up from a long trip I took from Tennessee where I was found as a stray so she is my friend. I went to the vets and had a hernia removed and some of my teeth, they were in really bad shape, I never brushed. I love to eat. I am called a chow hound by my foster family. I wolf down my food then try for my foster sisters' food. I am working on my dining etiquette. I am learning the phrase "not yours". I am also working on my potty skills; I need training on not peeing in the house when no one is around. I can not be in a crate, it freaks me out. We are trying alternate methods, like pee pee pads and restricted areas of the house. I am a real cuddle bug. There isn’t a lap I won’t try and crawl into. I get along great with other doggies and really want a friend to play with me. When I get excited I am like a puppy, I just get so happy and playful. I am pretty calm most of the time but when my foster people come home or it's time to eat or I did a good job doing my business outside I get very happy and playful. I am smart too! I figured out how to open the doggie gate after 3 days here. The other guys have been sitting behind it for 5 yrs and never bothered to figure it out but I did! Another thing I do take toys away from the other doggies and hide them. I may take them outside and bury them or if I can't do that I hide them in the house. Sometimes they can't find them for days. Hee hee. I would like to stay in the New England area, those long trips are really tough you know. I will do great with older kids and really want another doggy playmate. I think I am between 5-7 yrs old and I weigh 15 lbs. Update 10/2/09 -My foster family thinks I am just one great guy. I am very smart, playful and oh so very lovable. I am doing great on my potty skills too.
