Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sweet Charlie Girl is a lovely 8 yr old blue merle Aussie that was surrendered to Animal Control when her elderly owner had to go into assisted living and could no longer care for her.
Charlie Girl had multiple health issues as a result including skin issues, infected eyes and ears, matted coat, massive respiratory infection/pneumonia and fear of strangers. She had also lived outside and had little socialization.
Charlie Girl is still typically wary of new people and as a result can be nippy, but warms up given time; she is cat friendly, dog friendly, sweet natured, loves to cuddle and sleep in the sun. Would not recommend a home with small children.
Her spay was delayed as a result of the infections she had, then the COVID shutdown delayed further. She is due for spay and chip 2nd week of January.
She is HW NEGATIVE, UTD on vax and Rabies and on preventives. Now that she is healthy she is ready for her forever home .
Charlie Girl certainly has had a rough life and is so deserving of a warm and loving home where she can sleep on a cozy bed and get lots of cuddles.
