Marshall County Humane Society requires an appointment to show an animal since we are all volunteer. We also require a home visit before finalizing adoption to check the security of your fence if you are adopting a dog. We only adopt to areas within 125 mi. of Holly Springs MS. Our dogs are given much care and attention and we want to make sure they are in a safe and secure environment. We are a limited intake adoption center and a non-profit organization. Our animals have been spayed/neutered & are up to date on shots. Our standard Dog adoption fee is $150 which includes a microchip. We sometimes make exceptions to standard fee for those with extra medical care. Our Cat adoption fee is $95.00. Dogs will require a fenced yard. The girls tell me they like the white motley throat marking I have. I really want a home so I promise I'll work hard to be a good boy if you take me home. I try to be cooperative with the other dogs at the shelter so would probably get along with your other dogs or cats too. The Marshall County Humane Society is comprised solely of volunteers who simply love animals enough to try to make a difference in their lives. We are always in need of donations in order to continue caring for and trying to adopt out our animals.
