Herman is 2.5 - 3 year old tri Sheltie.  Report from his foster mom:

HERMAN: 
I will tell you without doubt that this delightful gentleman was a woman's indoor companion animal.  Impeccable house manners and a total love.  He's so easy-going, affectionate and happy.  Not timid at all with me and the dogs, but very respectful and easy to correct. Excellent, adoring eye contact.  Excellent on lead.  Kisses galore when invited.  Foot wise and house wise: Perks up and sheltie spins when we go to the kitchen.  Graceful on stairs. Rattle a leash and he dashes to the front door.  I haven't crated him since he got here and even with a sick dog in the house he behaves as though he was born here.  Can be a little timid and shy with men.
