Dear Santa,
My name is Chica and I have been a good girl. I like yummy treats and soft beds but what I want most of all would be to spend Christmas with a family I could call my own. P.S. Don’t forget all the other doggies and kitties at Tri-County Animal Rescue Center.

Chica is a 2-year old, 25 lb, house trained Beagle mix with loving eyes and a tail that doesn’t stop wagging. She sits for treats. She was surrendered because her people claimed she did not get along with another dog in the household. At the shelter Chica’s sweetness factor is off the charts; her love and joy are contagious. She may need to be the only dog in the home because she will completely fill it with her devoted personality.
