My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I’m Betsy! I’m a super, sweet girl who was pulled from a rural shelter in Virginia. I was surrendered with several other dogs by my owner who used me for hunting. Despite being a former hunting hound, I’m great with cats and love to play with dogs. I’m a little shy at first because everything is brand new to me but I love everyone I meet! I’m working on house training since I was formerly an outside dog and I have made excellent progress! I’m fully vetted, heartworm negative, and will be spayed soon. I’m currently being fostered in Virginia but can be transported by volunteers to my perfect family.
