My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Giove. I was born on the streets of Qatar. Someone found me and took me from my mom and littermates when I was only one week old.

I am a very sweet, very eager to learn dog. I love other dogs, I learn a lot from watching their behaviors. I especially love children. I like adults that I know and trust. My first human hit me alot and sometimes I expect people to hit me still.

I am currently living with my foster mama and three other dogs! My foster mama is impressed with how smart I am. I've learned a lot of commands. I am also muzzle trained. I do bark at strangers who walk by the house. My foster mama takes me to work sometimes where I can meet new people and practice my all those new tricks I've learned.

Because of events in my past, I need a home that can help me learn to trust people. My adopters will need to demonstrate that they have the skill set to help me continue to reach my potential as a happy, well-adjusted dog.
