Ever thought about a hippopotamus for Christmas?
Look no further, Aries is 101 pounds of hippo love! He would love nothing more than to be your house hippo. He is crate trained, walks well on a leash with his prong collar, and knows basic commands. Like all dogs he does have selective hearing at times but that is just when he is really excited! He does great with other dogs but doesn't like to share his food. (Maybe this is why he is hippo size?) This can be worked around by just making sure you keep communal food up and feed your Hippo in his crate or in a separate room.
He is extremely over weight and will need a family that can ease him into regular exercise so he can lose some weight.
Aries loves all humans but doesn't realize how big he is sometimes. He wants all your loves and forgets about personal space. He would do best with older or dog savvy children as he can accidentally knock you over. Aries likes to go on car rides but his favorite place is hanging out on the couch with you while you rub his chunky belly.
Aries is 3 or 4 years old, potty trained, chipped, vaccinated and ready to be your house hippo. Message us for an application, you will be glad you did!
