Hi, my name is Ruby and I'm a smart and confident pup ready for my forever home. I am a bit shy of 3 years old and weigh right around 40 pounds. I am an absolute love bug who is into all the snuggles and I love every person I come across. My ideal home would be a house with a yard, not an apartment. I would do great in a home with kids over the age of six or so. Unfortunately I may be a bit too strong and excited for smaller humans. I sure do love having people around me.

I would do best as the only animal in the household because I don't do well with smaller dogs or cats. I am a very smart lady and have gone through extensive training. I am not aggressive to people whatsoever but I am dog selective. Whoever adopts me will receive free training classes from our trainer to continue my progress. Isn't that awesome?! I'm actually a staff favorite at the training facility! Another plus is that I'm totally crate trained and house broken!

I just want to sit by your feet and be close to humans for all of their adventures. I love to play, go on walks and car rides, chew on my toys and chase tennis balls. I am not destructive and I would be an amazing addition to an active family looking to find a happy go lucky lady like me!
