Victor is a strikingly beautiful boy who, unfortunately, is a victim of animal hoarding and neglect. Before his rescue he was struggling to survive with a multitude of other cats, dogs, rabbits, and birds who were all neglected by their owners. Since his rescue though, Victor has gained weight, received proper medical care, and worked to get healthy again! He is ready to start finding his forever home!

Victor is a shy guy, but he will lean into you if you pet him in just the right places :) He is still learning a lot about the world, but he does well with lots of love and encouragement from his humans. He might jump or run to hide if he hears a loud noise, but every day he gets a little more outgoing! Victor would do best in a quiet home with a patient family who understands that he might take some time to warm up. He is such a special, sweet boy, and we know that with the right family he will thrive! Please consider opening your heart up to him ♥
