Rocco was a stray found in Augusta, GA by a good samaritan who was a college student who reached out to us to try and provide him some necessary medical treatment. He was covered in fleas, ticks and parasites, but this young lady had a lot of love in her heart and was determined to ensure this pup has a good home.

He is currently being fostered by her brother, who has other dogs that Rocco gets along with. Sadly, however, his foster is in the military and will be leaving for a mission soon so we are needing someone with a big heart to foster or possibly adopt this beautiful lab pit mix pup. He needs some basic obedience training but has a lot of smarts and picks up quickly on new lessons. He is potty trained and crate trained and is working on his leash training.

We know this beautiful boy will make an amazing family dog and companion and if you would like to meet and make him your furever baby please make a note in your adoption application.
