My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**HENRY HAS BEEN ADOPTED!** is a charming, unbelievably sweet, and perfect senior gentleman looking for a loving home! This little old man was found as a stray in rural eastern Kentucky and ended up in an overburdened animal control facility. Pal's Place has a soft spot for seniors, so when we saw his adorable face and heard his story, we knew we had to welcome him into our foster program. Henry is a Beagle mix, weighs 24 pounds, and is estimated to be at least 10 years old. Like most Beagles, he is a happy-go-lucky fellow who loves practically anyone he meets. He is generally quiet in the home but does let out a couple of happy "awooooos!" when he gets excited. He loves to cuddle on the couch, he loves treats, he loves other dogs, and he loves walks. Henry is also housebroken and will alert his guardians when he needs to use the bathroom. He doesn't ask for much, just a warm, cozy bed and many cuddles throughout the day. What's not to love about this guy?! He's pretty much perfect in our eyes and will make one lucky household very happy. If you're looking for a lovable, low-maintenance companion, Henry is your guy. His adoption fee to the rescue is $275. Henry was recently neutered and microchipped, brought up to date with vaccines, heartworm tested (negative), and had a full senior blood panel completed. If interested in Henry, please email palsplace1@hotmail.com for more information or an application. He is currently being fostered in Chicago and can be seen after an adoption application is submitted and approved.

•Henry's adoption fee is $275. This fee helps to cover the cost of the medical care completed to prepare him for adoption.
