Carmen is the sibling to Skylar and Kory (Sydney's puppies). She is a very curious little gal that is working on not being scared any more! Who wouldn't be scared of people if they dumped you off at a cold shelter? She is looking for a home that will be patient while she develops her personality and trusts humans again.
